Monthly/weekly pool maintenance is essential in maintaining a healthy, clean, and enjoyable pool. Primary weekly/monthly maintenance includes chemical balancing, testing water chemistry, shocking as needed, brushing pool walls, lube o-rings as needed, skimming the surface, filter back-washing, filter maintenance, filter cleaning, adding water during the visit, cleaning and maintaining skimmer baskets, vacuuming, checking and replacing items that are necessary for proper operation: baskets, backwash hose, floaters, weir doors, gauges etc. All pricing depends on pool dimensions and the current condition of your swimming pool.

Pool filters are not designed to remove excess algae, leaves, and filth. Let us come and vacuum the majority of those debris out of your pool! After the unnecessary items are removed, your filter can then maintain what remains.

One of our most popular maintenance services is vacuuming. Vacuuming allows us to clean the surface of your water by removing debris, leaves, and other unnecessary items. Mesh covers are especially in need of service. The cover allows sunlight and dirt into the pool, in turn allowing algae to grow during the off season. Algae is detrimental to your health and needs to be removed as soon as possible! If your pool has excess leaves, it usually requires multiple visits to get your pool to a state where the filter can clear the water itself. On the first visit, we remove all the leaves with nets.
